Bacterial vaginosis is an infection of the vagina caused by the overgrowth of bad bacteria known as Gardnerella with in the vagina. This overgrowth takes place for many reasons but a lot of women who get bacterial vaginosis will not be able to pinpoint the cause.

So if you have bacterial vaginosis you will be wanting to find a bacterial vaginosis treatment as fast as possible. So what are you options.
